Track record

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs I built the creator program to 100M monthly social impressions and ran the paid ad engine beside it. This is the same playbook pointed at supplements: briefs, one variable per test, losers killed early. I have not run this category, so the claims sheet and your compliance lead come before any video goes live.

Why now

  • 14

    Flavors in the catalog

The page lists 14 Flavors. That is enough range for each creator to own a different first-try video.

    Published
  • $60

Free shipping line for the USA

Free shipping on orders over $60 gives creators a basket to point at: a tub plus a Versa Energy case clears it.

    Published
  • 8

Flavors in the Select Protein Sample Kit

The kit lets a buyer try 8 different flavors before a full tub. It is a ready-made unboxing and taste-test video.

    Published
  • $1.99

    Prolific-1 sample

A $1.99 sample means a viewer can try one serving before a full tub. That is a low-risk call to action for a creator.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number to protect

Cost per 1,000 views. The target is $1 and the simulator starts at $5.74. Every creator decision is judged against that gap.

  2. One variable per test

Same hook with a new shot, or same shot with a new hook. Seven videos per creator per week gives enough volume to read a test.

  3. Losers killed early

A format that misses is cut after its first read. Winners get more slots across the ten creators, inside the $15,000 ceiling.

  4. The work lives in one channel

Briefs, claim questions, drafts and reports sit in a shared workspace, so the PEScience lead sees every decision as it happens.

Part 4 of 15, continued

One channel for everything

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. PriyaMon 8:30 AM

Brief for the week: Select Protein Shake, Vanilla Cupcake and Chocolate Truffle. Open on the sugar line, 0–1g sugar. Seven videos each, one hook change per video.

  2. JonasTue 10:05 AM

Can I say Versa Energy gives me focus before my shift?

Stay on the sheet: 125mg caffeine — enough to get you energized. No focus promise, no health outcome.

  3. Weekly botAppMon 9:00 AM

Weekly report is posted: ten creator rows, videos live, views, and cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target. Two formats are flagged to cut.

  4. PriyaWed 2:15 PM

Draft sent back: you say OleaPure is good for your heart. That is not on the sheet. Re-shoot the first line with 60% oleuropein. One capsule. No shortcuts.

  5. DanaFri 6:40 PM

The Prolific-1 sample video passed 100,000 views. Fully organic, no boost.

Logged. The $50 flat bonus applies, one per creator per month. Format moves to the top of next week's brief.

  6. Claims botAppThu 8:00 AM

Check: all drafts this week carry the claims sheet link and no health-outcome wording. Two are held for review before posting.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Sugar-line shake test

    Brief 01

    Sugar-line shake test

“0–1g sugar — dessert flavor without the sugar load”

Gym bag, shaker, Vanilla Cupcake pour. One take, label visible, end on the first sip.

  2. Energy can desk reset

    Brief 02

    Energy can desk reset

“125mg caffeine — enough to get you energized”

Desk shot, can opens, flavor named on camera. Five flavors in the lineup, pick one per video.

  3. Creatine in anything

    Brief 03

    Creatine in anything

    “Unflavored, mixes into anything.”

Kitchen counter: scoop into coffee, oats, then a shake. Show the TruCreatine label and the 3g serving.

  4. One-serving sample try

    Brief 04

    One-serving sample try

“try one serving before committing to a full tub”

Mirror shot with the Prolific-1 sample packet, flavor named, then a training clip. Claims stay on the sheet.

  5. Caffeine-free pump day

    Brief 05

    Caffeine-free pump day

    “100% caffeine-free pump formula”

Evening or cardio session: scoop, mix, train. Say the flavor, show the High Volume tub, keep to the label.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “60% oleuropein. One capsule. No shortcuts.”, “25g protein per serving — from 100% whey protein isolate, nothing else”, “15g of complete protein per serving. Just add water.”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Gym and meal-prep creators

People already filming protein shakes and batch cooking. Select Protein Shake - RTD and the Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix fit their feed.

  • Sleep and recovery routines

Creators who post evening routines. Haze Sleep Powder and Mag-GP Magnesium Powder fit, with claims held to the sheet.

  • Existing PEScience customers

People already posting Versa Energy or Prolific-1 know the flavors. I would approach them one by one, in the brand's voice.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the PEScience site. Recruiting starts from direct outreach, not an application form.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Uses the category

Trains, cooks or sleeps in a way the product naturally fits. No product forced into the shot.

  2. 2Clean claims history

Past posts show no cure talk or medical-outcome promises.

  3. 3Holds the format

A test video follows the hook and shoot note without drifting off the sheet.

  4. 4Seven videos a week

Can post at that pace for six weeks without quality dropping.

  5. 5Organic reach is real

Views come from the feed, not bought. Bonuses count organic views only.

Part 7 of 15

Who

  • Gym-bag shake creator

Films post-training shakes, loves a flavor review, talks sugar and macros plainly.

Likely product: Select Protein Shake - RTD

  • Desk energy creator

Work-from-home and study content, drinks a can mid-morning, names the flavor each time.

    Likely product: Versa Energy Drink

  • Pre-workout reviewer

Tries sample sizes first, compares flavors, honest about taste.

    Likely product: Prolific-1 Pre-Workout

  • High-protein breakfast cook

Weekend pancake and waffle videos, recipes in the caption.

Likely product: Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix

  • Evening routine creator

Night-time reset content, calm tone, follows the label serving guidance.

    Likely product: Haze Sleep Powder

  • Single-ingredient minimalist

Likes short labels and one-capsule routines, reads the label on camera.

    Likely product: OleaPure

Left off, every time

Always left out: anyone who promises a health result, compares PEScience to a named rival, features a minor, or posts without the claims sheet. Supplement rule: no disease or medical-outcome language, ever.

Claims sheet

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “60% oleuropein. One capsule. No shortcuts.”

OleaPure videos, spoken or on screen

  • “25g protein per serving — from 100% whey protein isolate, nothing else”

    ISOLATE Protein Powder shake videos

  • “15g of complete protein per serving. Just add water.”

Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix breakfast videos

  • “0–1g sugar — dessert flavor without the sugar load”

Select Protein Shake - RTD taste tests

  • “125mg caffeine — enough to get you energized”

Versa Energy Drink desk and morning videos

  • “try one serving before committing to a full tub”

    Prolific-1 Pre-Workout sample videos

  • “USA: Free shipping on orders over $60.”

Calls to action for US viewers

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • This fixed my sleep for good

A health outcome. The sheet only allows the brand's own wording.

  • Lowers your blood pressure

Turns the brand's careful wording into a medical result.

  • Better than any other protein

A comparison the facts do not support.

  • Burns fat fast

No claim like this exists for Alphamine Thermogenic Pre-Workout on the sheet.

  • Safe for everyone, no side effects

Not on the sheet, and impossible to back for every viewer.

  • My doctor told me to take it

An invented endorsement and a medical authority claim.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • Antioxidant & cellular defense — oleuropein scavenges free radicals

OleaPure wording. Needs PEScience's okay before any creator repeats it.

  • Works in a single dose, and gets measurably better with 30–60 days of consistent nightly use

Haze Sleep Powder timing claim. Confirm wording and whether creators may quote it.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

Starter: new creators proving they can post seven videos a week inside the claims sheet.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

Standard: creators whose formats already sit near the $1 target and who hold the cadence.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

Premium: the few whose videos keep clearing 100,000 views organically, week after week.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month, however many videos pass 100,000 views.
  • The bonus is paid per video: one video past 100,000 views earns $50 flat.
  • Organic views only. Boosted or paid views never count toward the bonus.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the supplement rules.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Simulator

The starting case costs $5.74 per 1,000 views against the $1 target. To close the gap, 4.2% of videos go viral, or the median video reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Exit to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Pick the winner

Take the organic video with the lowest cost per 1,000 views, past the 100,000-view line if one exists.

  2. Secure usage

Agree reuse terms with the creator before any boost. No paid use without them.

  3. Cut the ad

Keep the hook, change one variable at a time: opening shot, caption or call to action.

  4. Scale or stop

Hold the $1 target as the line. Winners get budget; losers are killed early.

From the video to the checkout

  • Send Select Protein Shake - RTD videos to its product page, never the home page.
  • Send beginners to the Select Protein Sample Kit: try 8 different flavors before a full tub.
  • Send Prolific-1 sample videos to the $1.99 sample.
  • Mention free shipping on orders over $60 for US viewers.
  • Match each video to the exact product on screen, so the click lands on what was shown.

Part 15 of 15

Category rules

Supplements: what a creator may say

PEScience sells sports nutrition and wellness products. These six rules apply to every post, from the first test video to a $50 bonus video.

  • Quote the sheet only

Product claims come from the claims sheet, word for word. If a line is not on it, the creator asks in the claims channel before posting.

  • No medical outcomes

No cure, treatment or prevention language, and no promise about a condition. The brand's own wording, attributed to the brand, is the limit.

  • No rival comparisons

Never name or compare another brand. A creator talks about the PEScience product on screen and what is on its label.

  • Show real use

Serving, flavor and label read on camera. No staged results, no before-and-after claims, no invented customer stories.

  • Disclose the partnership

Every paid post carries a clear disclosure. A post without one is held and earns no bonus.

  • Respect the age line

No minors on camera, and no caffeine talk aimed at young viewers. Versa Energy and Prolific-1 videos stay in an adult setting.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
